Big Challenge Ahead!
As Director of Waterstone Design, I’m stepping out of the office and heading to the Himalayas – walking all the way to Everest Base Camp to raise funds for a cause close to my heart: Age UK Kent Rivers.
Each week, I volunteer as a befriender, offering my time to chat and connect with older people who may otherwise feel isolated. It’s something I deeply value and I am now taking that commitment one step further (or about 410,000 steps further!) to help support Age UK’s incredible work on a bigger scale.
Every pound raised will go toward helping older people across the UK access vital companionship, advice, and support.

Services
Waterstone Design Building Services Consultants are BIM certified and able to provide a fully encompassing mechanical, electrical, and public health design for projects within the residential, commercial, retail, leisure, education and healthcare sectors.
This includes offering Statutory Authority liaison, detailing all necessary incoming services, along with temporary supplies, disconnections and diversions in required, and submitting and tracking applications for new sites through to client handover.
We are also able to offer a full sustainability service including Thermal Comfort Analysis, SAP Calculations, SBEM Calculations, Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments. Our in house digital engineering team (DET), hold BSI BIM Level 2 Verified Certificate no. VC 717411, with facilities to produce both 2D CAD & 3D Revit drawings, coordination, installation and As Built drawings, and we can carry out surveys of buildings, plant rooms and services installations as required.
